At Deer Ruby we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly and safely.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
- The item you have chosen is in stock
- The delivery address has been verified
- Payment has been approved
Deer Ruby ships domestically all over Australia and internationally via Australia Post.

International Postage Rates

- All Orders Flat Rate: $30.00
- Shipping Time 14-24 Business days

All deliveries within Australia are estimated to arrive 5-7 business days
International orders are estimated to arrive within 14-24 business days. Please note International deliveries may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Please note that once a parcel leaves our warehouse, Deer Ruby will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels whilst in transit.
Suggested shipping times can only act as a guide and shipping times can vary depending on locations and circumstances.
Once a parcel is in the hands of the postal services we have no control (as much as we wish we did) over delivery time frames.
Postage costs are not able to be refunded for delayed parcels.
