SHIPPING INFORMATION

Above shipping costs are in AUD.

Delivery dates are estimates only. Deer Ruby is not liable for delays due to reasonable or unavoidable circumstances.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Please refer to this for the most accurate updates. If your parcel is over 15 business days later than above estimated delivery, contact us at info@deerruby.com.au to request an investigation. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you.

ORDER CHANGES

If you have placed an order and would like to amend it, please reach out to our team directly within 2 hours of placing your order with your change request at info@deerruby.com.au

Our team will do their best to accommodate your request, however please be aware this may not be possible in all cases.

DISPATCH

All orders are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

For personalised items, see below dispatch timelines:
Bags & Pyjamas: 3-5 business days
Jewellery: 2-3 weeks

All non-personalised orders placed on a weekday prior to 1pm AEST will be packed and shipped same day. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day.

During busy periods, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for dispatch. We truly appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

All Deer Ruby orders are sent with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking email once your parcel is dispatched. Please check your junk folder or contact us at info@deerruby.com.au if it doesn’t arrive.

Unclaimed parcels returned to us will incur redelivery fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

All Australia wide orders are sent with Australia Post and can be tracked here.

All International orders are sent with Australia Post and can be tracked here.

PREORDER

Preorder items will be shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page. If delays occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Please note: any additional items purchased with a preorder will be shipped together once the preorder arrives. To receive them sooner, place a separate order. If you've already ordered and would like items shipped separately, email us at info@deerruby.com.au to arrange a shipping invoice.

DUTIES + TAXES

The shipping cost added to your order at the time of checkout does include taxes and duties.

The responsibility for any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

Please note that with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise.

Please contact your local Customs Office for further information or estimations on these costs.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Deer Ruby, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees or duties that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package back to Deer Ruby. These amounts will be deducted from your order refund.

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer pick up from our storefront in Marrickville, NSW. Please select this option at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, Deer Ruby will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels whilst in transit.

Once a parcel is in the hands of the postal services we have no control (as much as we wish we did) over delivery time frames. Please contact your local courier directly with provided tracking number for further information on your delivery.

Postage costs are not able to be refunded for delayed parcels.
