1. Ordering online and the contract
When you make a purchase from Deer Ruby you can rest assured that your credit card information is entirely safe. All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. We will send you an email to confirm your order and this will form a legally binding contract between us.

2. Delivery Information
At Deer Ruby we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly and safely.

Deer Ruby ships internationally and uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All deliveries within Australia will arrive within 5-7 working days, and internationally within 7-15 working days. All goods are fully insured until delivered. Goods require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you nominate a suitable address (E.G. a work address) so you can receive the goods once they arrive. All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%), however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.
4. Returns Policy
Deer Ruby are unable to offer refunds. Once the goods have been despatched to you they become your property. Once they are delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage. If in the unlikely event of there being a fault with the item please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your item and we shall arrange for an exchange.
Deer Ruby will exchange goods for incorrect choice, the goods need to be returned within 7 working days after purchase date nationally and 14 days internationally. In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged.
Products must be in original state and unused (saleable condition in original jewellery bag, and with proof of purchase, all paperwork, tags, parts and accessories). Deer Ruby will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, and/or have tags removed.
If a replacement product cannot be found by the customer Deer Ruby will issue a credit note for future use within 6 months of issue date. Return shipping is to be covered at the expense of the customer. We recommend that all items be sent via registered mail or courier service so that they can be tracked. Deer Ruby cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned. Please note the original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative style, a shipping charge will apply
Items purchased through retail stores or from other online retailers are not eligible for return or exchange through deerruby.com.au
